Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century, with a 19th-century wing. It is constructed of rendered rubble stone with brick on the south front and features a Welsh slate roof with brick stacks. The building is two stories high and has a two-window 19th-century north front on the wing. The entrance includes a planked door and a 20th-century door, with a 16-pane sash window to the right and a 20th-century casement window to the left, all under a slated verandah supported by cylindrical brick piers.
On the first floor, there are two pairs of plate glass sashes set in moulded stone architraves, topped by a battlemented parapet. The right side of the wing has a lean-to extension, with two sashes on the first floor. The rear of the 17th-century range features pairs of plate glass sashes in moulded architraves and a plain blocking course. The south front from the 17th century has a rubble stone ground floor with a half-glazed door that has a flat stone hood supported by brackets. To the right, there is a 3-light 20th-century casement, while to the left, there is a 3-light casement and a 19th-century two-light mullioned casement. The first floor has four 3-light casements made of brick. The interior includes 19th-century fittings.
