Description
No. 8 St Thomas's Square is a building from the 17th or 18th century, featuring two storeys and constructed of painted brick. It has a steeply pitched gable end roof covered with old tiles and is adorned with three gabled dormers. A moulded brick cornice runs along the top of the building. On the first floor, there are five flush framed sash windows without glazing bars. The ground floor has two altered windows on the left side, while the right side and the return front feature modern glazed doors and a shop front designed in an early 19th-century style. The roof structure is mostly encased, but some purlins and part of one truss are still visible.
