Description

Manor Cottage is a small house dating from the 18th century, altered in the mid-19th century. It is built of red brick, with a hipped roof covered in scallop tiles and ridge tiles. Brick stacks flank the roof, and there is a stepped brick eaves cornice with brick dentils. The front has two windows: two-light casements with cambered arches and segmental arches on the ground floor. A mid-19th century gabled porch, featuring bargeboards and a finial, provides access to a four-panel door, which is topped with a semi-circular fanlight.
