Description
Lowbourne Place is a row of four houses built in the early 19th century. The houses are constructed from ashlar stone and feature a Welsh slate hipped roof with both ashlar and brick stacks. This Regency-style building stands three stories tall and has four windows across its façade. The ground floor includes alternating doors and 16-pane sash windows, with all doors featuring six fielded panels. The first floor has a plat band and four 16-pane sash windows, while the second floor also has a plat band and four 16-pane sash windows. At the top, there is a small cornice and a blocking course at the roofline. The rear of the building is made of rubblestone and includes 16-pane sash windows and round-arched stair windows with Y-glazing bars.
