Description

These are an early 19th century terrace of two buildings, similar in style to numbers 36-39 on the same road. The buildings are two storeys high, with two windows on each floor. They are constructed of Bath stone ashlar, featuring a plinth, a band above the ground floor, a moulded cornice, and a blocking course. Decorative corner and dividing pier strips are present. The windows are glazing bar sash windows with architraves. The doorways are round-headed, with keystones and architraves. The doors are panelled with six panels, with reeded sides and corner circles to the lower panels, and have traceried fanlights above. The roofs are slate, with the roof of number 41 being covered in double roman tiles. There are six ridge chimneys. Ramped coping is present to the gable ends.
