Description

No. 87 Pickwick Road is a house built around 1820-1830, constructed from ashlar stone with a low pitched slate hipped roof and two ridge stacks. The building is three storeys high and features a three-window range. It has a raised plinth, two decorative bands, a moulded cornice, and a parapet. The windows are sixteen-pane sashes that decrease in size on each floor. The central arched doorway has a six-panel door and a plain fanlight above it, with stone steps leading up to the entrance. There is a basement window on each side of the door.
