Description
This is a late 18th-century farmhouse with a barn and railings. The farmhouse is constructed of random rubble stone with brick dressings, topped by a double Roman tiled roof and featuring gable end brick stacks. It is two storeys high with a two-window front. A door with six fielded panels, sheltered by a flat hood supported on cast-iron brackets, is located to the left of the centre. There are 20-pane sash windows either side of the door, alongside a blocked window and a basement window to the right. The first floor features two 20-pane sash windows, and another blocked window. A single-storey extension with a hipped roof is attached to the right return.
Attached to the left of the farmhouse is a rubble stone barn, containing loopholes and 20th-century extensions to both the front and rear. Stone dwarf walls with cast-iron spearhead railings, incorporating dog bars and a single gate, are positioned in front of the farmhouse.
