Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the east side of Lower Brixham. It is constructed of solid rendered walls with a slated roof, and includes painted brick chimneys on each side wall. The house is two storeys high and has a two-window front, with a doorway situated between the ground-floor windows. The doorway has a round arch and a late 20th-century six-panelled door, with panelled reveals and flush lower panels. A fanlight with radial bars sits above the door. A wide window is positioned to the right, and a narrower window to the left, the latter featuring a moulded wooden architrave that extends to flank a pair of panelled cupboard doors below. The upper-storey windows are fitted with six-paned sashes. A deep, flat eaves cornice runs along the top of the house.
