Description
Baker's Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on the south side of Baker's Hill in Higher Brixham. It is constructed of painted stone rubble and features a hipped, slated roof. The cottage has a painted stone rubble chimney on the right side wall, with the top rendered. It stands two storeys tall and is two windows wide, with a central doorway. The doorway is a mid to late 20th-century half-glazed wood door. To the right of the door is a box-framed, six-paned sash window, while to the left is a two-paned wood casement window. The upper-storey windows consist of two-light wood casements, each with six panes per light. All openings are framed with plain cement surrounds.
