Description

Nightingale Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall with a mansard roof. It is constructed from red and blue brick and features a brick dentil eaves cornice. The front of the house has four windows overlooking the garden, with two-light casements and outer three-light casements. There is a gabled wooden porch located off-centre to the left. A later wall chimney has been added to the rear of the house. The mansard roof is covered with slate and has brick chimneys at the gable ends. Additionally, there is an 'L' shaped extension added to the rear of the farmhouse.
