Description

This chest tomb, located 6 yards south of the porch of St. Andrew's Church, dates from 1754 and is made of limestone ashlar. It features a Baroque design with oval inscribed panels that have heavily enriched borders, along with a moulded plinth and cornice. The chest tombs in this area represent a fine collection of local and classical tomb forms, significantly enhancing the church's setting.
