Description
The Bull Inn is an 18th-century inn that has undergone later alterations and additions. It is constructed of coursed rubble with stone dressings and features a pantiled roof with raised coped verges and kneelers, along with brick gable stacks. To the left, there is a single-storey wing with a double Roman tiled roof.
The building stands at 2½ storeys and has three windows, all of which are casements with ovolo mullions. The ground floor includes a 2-light casement, a gabled porch with a 20th-century door, and two 3-light casements, each with a stone panel below the hood mould. The first floor features two 2-light casements and one 3-light casement, arranged irregularly, along with two hipped dormers, each containing a 2-light casement.
To the left, there is a single-storey addition with a 20th-century door and two windows. The left return has a small 20th-century attic casement, while the right return has all 20th-century windows: one on the ground floor, two on the first floor, and one similar attic window. The rear of the building has a wing with its gable end visible above 20th-century rear additions and a 20th-century attic extension above the gable, as well as a 20th-century window on the first floor and a 20th-century porch to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
