Description

The United Reformed Church, originally a Congregational Chapel, was built in 1826 with a rear wing added in 1876. The building is rendered and features a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and has three large round-headed glazing bar sash windows. A cornice and parapet adorn the structure, with a central flat pitched gable. There is a projecting one-storey porch at the front. The rear wing is positioned at right angles to the main church and includes segmental headed casement windows.
