Description
This chest tomb, located 11 yards southeast of the Priest's Door of St. James' Church, dates from the mid-18th century. It is made of limestone ashlar and features square inscribed panels with decorative borders, as well as a moulded cornice. The chest tombs are a notable collection of local and classical tomb styles and significantly enhance the church's setting.
