Description

This chest tomb, dating from the mid-18th century, is located 5 yards southeast of the porch of St. Andrew's Church in Cromhall. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and features illegible sunken square panels, enriched pilaster strips, and a moulded cornice and plinth. The chest tombs are a notable collection of local and classical tomb designs and significantly enhance the church's setting.
