Description
The monument to Joseph Farrell, dated 1778, is located in the grounds of Belmont House, to the southeast of the main building. It was erected by William Turner of Belmont House. The monument is made of freestone and features a rectangular base with projections at the corners and inscribed side panels. On top of the base sits a sarcophagus, which stands on feet and has a gadrooned top.
