Description
Lavenders is a house built around 1846, featuring a garden entry and railings along the road. The building is rendered with deep eaves and has a slate roof, along with 20th-century brick end stacks. It stands two storeys high and has three windows with 12-pane glazing bar sash frames. The central doorway is topped with a bracketed flat hood supported by thin panelled pilaster strips and a panelled frieze, while the door itself is from the 20th century. To the right, there is a lower set-back bay. The gables are adorned with decorated bargeboards, pendants, and a finial. At the rear, there is a panelled range. The garden entry on the left is lancet-shaped, featuring brick dressings, stone imposts, and a key. It has a Y-panel door and tufa capping. The property is enclosed by low cross head railings on a dwarf wall facing the road.
