Description

Rockbarton is a late 18th-century terraced house located on the east side of the High Street in Wrington. The north-west front, facing away from the road, is colourwashed render with dressed stone voussoirs. The west, roadside front is of random rubble with brick dressings. The roof is double Roman tile. The north-west front is two storeys high with two windows; these are 12-pane sash windows with stepped voussoirs. A gabled porch is on the left-hand side, containing a 6-panel door with the top two panels glazed. A stone stack is located at the rear. The west, roadside facade has a single sash window to the ground floor and a porthole window above.
