Description

Court Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1754, as indicated on the keystone. The east front is constructed of coursed and squared rubble, with rendered side and rear walls. It features flush rusticated dressed stone quoins, copings, openings, and a concrete tile roof. The building is two storeys high with a five-window east front. Most of the windows are 6-pane casements set within original openings, each with a fluted keystone over the voussoirs. The central upper window has a segmental-headed form and a dated keystone. A central doorway has a semi-circular head, a 6-panel door, and a spoked fanlight. Other details include a moulded plinth course, a flat string course above the first-floor windows, a blind parapet ramped at the ends with ball finials, and four reconstituted stone stacks.
