Description

Rectory Cottage is a terraced house dating from the early 17th century. It features colourwashed render with stone copings and a pantile roof. The building is two stories high and has a two-window front facing north. The right-hand window on the ground floor is a 4-light 19th-century casement set in a recess. The upper windows have decayed 3-light oak ovolo-moulded mullions. To the left, there is a doorway with a 19th-century plank door that has a central glazed light. The right-hand end has a brick stack. Inside, the ground floor rear right-hand room includes deeply chamfered beams and a newel staircase located in the right-hand corner.
