Portland or Ridgeway rubble. Red brick dressings. Pitched slate roof, half-hipped to south. 2 storeys. Barn opening to full height at south. 2 ranges of windows and 2 planked stable doors in middle part. 2 more window ranges and 2 more planked stable doors in north part. Interior has cobbled floors and stalls intact. All the listed buildings on the east side of Kings Road form a group with Fordington House and the farm buildings in Athelstan Road.
