No. 82 on Fordington High Street is an 18th-century building constructed from Ridgeway or Portland rubble, featuring chequer brick voussoirs. It has a hipped roof made of corrugated iron and tall brick stacks. The building includes two ranges of casement windows with glazing bars and a single planked door that has a segmental head. There is a datestone displaying the initials H I and the year 1803, which may have been added later.
