Description

Nos 1 to 3 Colliton Street are early 19th-century buildings constructed of brown brick with a mansard slate roof and brick stacks. They stand two storeys high with attics and feature three ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. There are three attic dormers, one with casements and two with dashes and glazing bars. The buildings have a mix of doors, including one modern door, one semi-glazed door, and one door with moulded panels and marginal glazing bars. Nos 1 to 5, including Messrs Thurman's warehouse, form a group.
