Description

Hillside Cottage is a cottage that likely dates from the 18th century. It features plastered walls and a thatched roof, with a brick chimney stack. The building is one storey with attics and has a lean-to extension on the west side, which is covered by a catslide roof. There is also a large flat-roofed extension on the west and south sides, both adorned with thatched parapets. The front has a part-glazed door set in a thatched porch, and there is one metal casement window on the ground floor. The attic includes two half-dormers, each with similar casement windows. Additionally, the west extension has a part-glazed door and a small window.
