Description
Dairy House is a cottage with origins dating back to the 17th century. The walls are a mix of brick and rendered surfaces, topped with a thatched roof and brick chimneys. The building is two storeys high, with a recent two-storey and attic extension to the west, which is also rendered and thatched. There are lean-to extensions on the north and east sides, featuring shingled roofs. The main (south) elevation includes a two-storey brick and thatched porch that has a modern glazed door. On the ground floor, there is a timber casement window with glazing bars, while the first floor features timber casement windows with cast iron lights. The western extension has casement windows with glazing bars and a dormer in the attic that also contains casement windows.
