Description

Hillside is a building dating from around 1800, located on the south side of Hawksdene Lane. It has two parallel ranges and is two storeys high with three bays. The building features a slate gabled roof with coping at the gable ends. The main front faces west and is constructed of both ashlar and rough ashlar stone. The windows are four panes wide, and there is an early 19th-century trellised porch with a canopy. On the east front, there are two-light casement windows with leaded panes.
