Description

Lyde Hill Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century, with a main range added in the mid-19th century. The building features squared rubble walls topped with a tiled, gable-ended roof and has end brick stacks. It is two storeys tall with attics, consisting of a main range with three bays and an additional two bays to the left. The main range has sash windows with glazing bars, while the service range has casement windows. There is a part-glazed door. Inside, the farmhouse includes chamfered beams as noted in the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments.
