Description
Densham Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century, with early 19th century additions. It features coursed rubble walls, some of which are rendered, and has tiled and slated gable-ended roofs with a central brick stack. The building consists of two parallel ranges, with the rear range from the 17th century and the front range from the 19th century. The 17th century range has three straight chamfered mullioned windows with two lights on the ground floor, three on the second floor, and two in the attic. The 19th century front is two storeys high with a three-window range, featuring two-light casements with glazing bars. There is a mid-19th century rock-faced porch with a reset ashlar round window that is dated 1725, and it has a glazed round-headed door.
