Description

Two K6 telephone kiosks are located outside the library in Swanage. Designed in 1935 by Giles Gilbert Scott, these kiosks are made of cast iron and have a square shape with a shallow domed roof. They feature margin glazing bars on the sides and door, and an unperforated crown above an illuminated sign. This pair of K6 telephone boxes is situated in a town center location next to listed buildings.
