Description

Spring Cottage is a detached cottage built in the mid to late 19th century. It features rubble-stone walls that are roughcast, sitting on a dressed stone plinth. The roof is thatched with gable ends, and there is a brick stack located approximately at the center ridge with triple stacks. The cottage is one and a half storeys high and has two windows, which are two-light cast-iron casements with lozenge lights and stone cills. The front door is located on the right-hand side of the front wall and is a plank-and-muntin door with a depressed-arch head.
