Description

This is a late 18th-century to early to mid-19th-century building comprising two properties, numbered 35 and 37, on Sherborne Lane. The buildings are two storeys and have an attic space, with one window and one door per property on the front elevation. The roof is slate-covered, and there are boxed dormers projecting from it. The front of the building is stuccoed, and the windows are sash windows with four panes per sash. The doors are six-panelled and have thin, flat, hooded porches supported by brackets. Number 37 has two windows above a single window to the left, and two doors, one to the right and one to the left.

Numbers 35 and 37 are part of a group of buildings including numbers 27, 30, 32, and 34. They also form a group with numbers 6 to 10 and 13 to 19, all on Sherborne Lane.
