WEST STREET 1. 5193 (north side) No 26 (Wimborne Book Shop) SU 0000 SE 2/157 14.6.52 II* GV 2. C18. Brick walls in grey header bond with red brick details, and aprons below window cills. Tiled roof. Brick stacks. Two storeys. Moulded panel entrance door with good classical surround, with broken pediment and carved console brackets and moulded pilasters. Left of this a modern shop window. Right of the door, one double hung sash window with glazing bars. First floor has 4 double hung sash windows with glazing bars. A good C18 facade. RCHM Monument 27.
