Description
The Stone House is a detached house built in the mid-18th century. It features ashlar stone walls and a slate roof with gable ends, along with stone gable copings. The house has tall brick stacks on both the left and right gables, which were added in the 20th century. It is two storeys high and has three windows with cross-transomed plastic casements that mimic leaded glass, also from the 20th century. The front door is centrally located and made of wood, featuring two recessed panels and an architrave of wood with a continuous recessed panel.
In front of the house, there is a sleeper wall that supports arrow-headed iron railings with urn finials at the main divisions. An iron gate at the center matches the design of the railings.
