Description

No. 65 Wakeham is a house located at the end of a row, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble with large squared quoins and features an asbestos-cement roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has a single window on the front. All windows are 16-pane sashes set into plain stone cills, with an additional 16-pane sash on the ground floor to the right, which occupies the position of a former door. The house has a small plinth and a raised coped verge at the right end, which is slightly bent in plan. There is a 20th-century door in the wing, and the rear of the house includes a 16-pane sash window.
