Description
No 33, including the annexe at the southeast end in Mustons Lane, is a building dating from 1615, with early 19th-century features. It is paired with No 31 and is located at the corner of Mustons Lane. The building has two storeys and a basement, with two window bays facing Mustons Lane and one window and door on Bell Street, which includes a curved bay on the corner. The front is made of stone rubble, topped with a slate hipped roof. It features sash windows that are three panes wide, and a four-pane wide window on the corner, with a small early 19th-century shop front below. The entrance is located on Bell Street. The annexe at the southeast end of No 33 in Mustons Lane is a single storey, also built of stone rubble, with two three-light windows that have small panes and a pair of half-glazed doors, topped with a flat roof.
Nos 29 to 33 (odd) form a group and also group with the Congregational Church, the wall and railings enclosing the church, and Nos 3 to 7 (odd) Mustons Lane.
