Description

1615 BELL STREET (South Side) No 31 ST 8623 1/121 II GV 2. Early C19 corner building; a pair with No 33. 2 storeys and basement. 2 windows facing Mustons Lane, 2 windows facing on to Bell Street with curved window on corner in between. Rendered front, Slate hipped roof, Windows 3 panes wide; some glazing bars missing to ground floor windows. Original curved shop front has been cut away, although fascia and cornice remain; now later shop front with 2 small windows with glazing bars canted in towards central doorway. Higher frontage than to No 29.

Nos 29 to 35 (odd) form a group.
