Description

19 and 20 North Square are two buildings located on the east side of North Square. They date from the early 19th century and stand three storeys tall. The ground floor features rusticated stucco, while the upper floors are constructed of brown brick. Both buildings have sash windows and a moulded wood cornice. There are two round-headed doorways with fanlights. No 20 operates as a public house and has a projecting front on the ground floor, with windows that are likely a later addition. Together, Nos 15 to 21 form a cohesive group.
