Description

Nos 1, 2, 2A, and 3 on Icen Way are 18th-century buildings constructed from Portland or Ridgeway rubble with red brick dressings. They feature a pitched tile roof and red brick stacks. The buildings are two storeys tall with attics and have five ranges of segment-headed casements that include glazing bars. There are four modern doors located in their original openings. Additionally, there are two flat-topped attic dormers with slate-hung sides and casements that also have glazing bars. These properties form a group with Nos 10 to 12 on High East Street.
