Description

Nos 47 and 48 on Icen Way are 18th-century buildings constructed from Portland or Ridgeway rubble with brick dressings. They feature a mansard roof covered in old tiles, with store slates above the eaves and brick stacks. The buildings are two storeys high with attics and have two ranges of casement windows with glazing bars. There are also two flat-topped attic dormers, which have slate-hung cheeks and casements with glazing bars. The entrances consist of two doors with six flush panels each. Nos 46 to 49 form a group.
