Description

No. 38 is a detached house dating from the late 18th century. It features ashlar stone walls and a thatch roof, which is covered with corrugated iron for protection. There are 18th-century brick stacks at each gable end. The house has two storeys and three windows, which are three-light 20th-century wooden casements without glazing bars, each with wooden cills and topped with keyed stone lintels. The front door is centrally located and is a 20th-century design with a frosted glass panel.
