Description

The stable and attached open shed at West Fossil Farm, located south of the barn, likely dates from the 18th century. The structure features brick walls, with a plain tiled roof over the stable and a pantiled roof over the open shed. The stable is two storeys high and includes ledged doors, casement windows on the ground floor, and shuttered windows on the first floor. The shed is open on the north side, with its roof supported by circular brick piers. This building is included for its group value.
