Description
The wall and gate piers enclose the churchyard. Constructed primarily in the 19th century, the wall is built of alternating panels of stone and flint, using a stone similar in colour to that of the church. The north side of the wall is very low and rendered. Gate piers, also constructed from the greenish stone matching the church, mark entrances to the churchyard on the south and west sides; these piers have chamfered edges and moulded bases. A pair of 19th-century lamps are situated on the piers at the western side. The church and its churchyard form part of a wider group of buildings located in Market Place, East Street, and West Street.
