No 20 on Cheap Street is a former premises occupied by E H Dicker, dating from 1625. This building features a 2-storey stone front with three windows, typical of the 18th to 19th century. It has a parapet with stone coping and an old tile roof with a wavy ridge. The first-floor sash windows have altered frames, and the ground floor has also been altered.
