Description
Morteyn and the adjoining cottage is a row of probably four cottages that have been converted into two cottages. They date from the late 18th century and are constructed of roughcast, with the end wall featuring banded flint and rubble. The cottages have thatched roofs, with a half-hipped design on the left and a gabled design on the right. The buildings are two storeys high and have approximately 13 irregularly spaced windows. The windows are 2 and 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. There is a thatched porch, and the right cottage has a 20th-century glazed door, while the left cottage features a 20th-century wooden door.
