Description

The stables and carriage house at East Lodge in Piddlehinton date from the mid-19th century. The building features brick and flint walls with ashlar dressings and has a slate roof with gable ends. The central bay is gabled and includes round-headed windows with ashlar surrounds that have keystones and impost blocks. There is a similar roundel in the gable, plain wooden doors, and shaped barge-boards. Additionally, a bell-cote is present in the roof.
