Description

Park Farm Cottages consist of two cottages originally part of a farmhouse, dating from the early 17th century. The cottages are constructed of dressed lias stone, laid in coursed and squared patterns, with a thatched roof featuring gable ends and stone gable copings. There are three brick stacks: one at the left-hand gable, one to the right of the central room, and one at the right-hand gable. The cottages are two storeys high, with four windows on the front elevation. Each window has three lights featuring hollow-chamfered mullions. The left and right window lights are fixed with iron stanchions and leads, while the central lights are casements with wooden or metal frames. A small rectangular stair-light is positioned above the front door. Two small attic windows are visible in the west gable wall, each with a separate label. A dripstone string course runs continuously above the ground floor windows.
