Description
This milestone, dating from the 19th century, is made of stone with a rounded top and front, which has been whitewashed. It is inscribed with the distances to Blandford (4 miles) and Wimborne (5 miles). The milestone was originally erected by the Blandford and Wimborne Trust and has been reset close to its original position due to road widening.
