Description

This milestone, located in Winterborne Whitechurch, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is made of stone and features a triangular top with incised lettering. The inscriptions read "Blandford 4, Dorchester 12". It was erected by the Harnham, Blandford and Dorchester Trust, as noted in the Dorset Milestone Survey of 1980.
