Description
A pair of cottages from the mid 19th century, located at 1 and 2 Blandford Hill in Winterborne Whitechurch. They are constructed of banded brick and flint, with each band featuring one row of red bricks and one row of blue bricks. The cottages have brick dressings and tiled roofs, with central brick stacks that have square flues set diamond-wise. They are one and a half storeys tall and have a two-window range. The ground floor openings feature segmental brick heads, and the windows are 2-light casements with glazing bars. The upper floors include gabled dormers that are slightly corbelled out, and there are 20th-century doors leading to the outer bays.
