Description

A pair of cottages dating from the mid-19th century, situated on Blandford Hill. The cottages are constructed of banded brick and flint, with each band composed of one row of red brick and one of blue brick. Brick dressings are present, and the roofs are tiled. Central brick stacks feature square flues set in a diamond pattern. The cottages are one and a half storeys high, with a two-window range. The ground floor window openings have segmental brick heads, and accommodate two-light casements with glazing bars. The upper floors are punctuated by slightly corbelled gabled dormers. Twentieth-century doors are located in the outer bays.
